2 carrots
1 small broccoli
green onions
Juice from 1 orange
Chicken (or beef or shrimp as preferred)
Asian style rice noodles
Soy sauce
Olive oil


Cook the rice noodles in hot water, when ready, drain.
Chop all of the vegetable ingredients.
Cook previously chopped chicken in the olive oil (or butter) and add the vegetables.
Once everything is cooked, add noodles and mix everything together in a wok and add the juice from 1 orange and soy sauce to taste. Let it rest for 15 minutes and enjoy!

Additional Notes:

You can use butter instead of oil. You can also pick different vegetables from the ones mentioned, or add more! If you want the consistency to be thicker, add half a tablespoon of flour. Scrambled egg is another ingredient that can be added.
