A warm, easygoing family in Tiburon is seeking an experienced, reliable nanny/family assistant to join our household long-term. This is a hybrid role that combines infant care with household support. We occasionally work from home with in laws nearby, so we are looking for someone open to household work. Ideal candidate can travel internationally and domestically. We value trust, communication, and initiative, and are looking for someone who can confidently manage both baby care and day-to-day household needs.

• One baby, 4 months old

📆 Schedule & Hours
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4/5PM ; 1 date night a week
• Occasional flexibility appreciated
• Opportunity for travel with the family

💰 Compensation & Benefits

🚗 Responsibilities
We are looking for someone comfortable managing a variety of household tasks in addition to baby care:

• We have grandparents nearby and occasionally work from home and are able to support the baby in addition household help.
– Full infant care (feeding, naps, development, outings)
• Laundry (family & baby)
• Family meal prep (occasional)
• Dishes and kitchen reset
• Running errands (groceries, returns, household needs)
• Walking the family dog
• General household organization and tidying
• Assisting during family travel when needed

🚘 Requirements
• Must have own car and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving locally and running errands
• Willing and able to travel with the family
• Prior infant experience required
• Non-smoker
