Keep a record of your updated contact information for emergencies with this sheet. Use this PDF to jot down your [the parents’] information for emergencies. In case of a life-threatening situation, always call 911. Yet some instances don’t need the authorities and are easy fixes with a simple call with the parents. Write other important information such as; Doctor info, vet info, and allergies. Add another phone number if neither parent answers. Provide more information in the “notes” section for nannies. Complete with the page a signature and date stamp and post it somewhere visible in the house.
