Ingredients:
2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed (ripe = sweet)
1 cup of uncooked oats
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Optional:
- raisins
- apples
- chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Use non-sticking mat
Mashed bananas, add oats, walnuts and other ingredients.
Bake 15 min
