Preheat oven to 350F Grease an 9x13 baking pan In a stand mixer, combine zucchini, oil and vanilla and mix it. Start adding dry ingredients sugar, flour, combine until mix throughly. While mixing, on low, add cocoa, salt, baking soda, and chocolate chips Mix until well combined. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the brownies are set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
